I do not see where the contradiction lies, but if there were one, it was probably because Obi was not giving the full story....I am not sure whether making Vader Luke's father was better than alternatives, but it did create an interesting conflict for Luke... Densest plot: actually, it is highly episodic. But a lot happens...Neatest effects: I think that the cities in PM are worth all of the effects in the other movies....Least saccharine: I think that the bears irritated you too much, I don't quite see it otherwise...At least I understand your take better!I didn't mind the symbiants, since it has long been the case that there was a biological factor that made some more apt. Who cares much what it is?.....
