Earl, no I haven't. I can only report what the CEO of EBLD stated on the JUne 10 press release, regarding the audits. You can look at it easily through S.I.. CBI never issued a statement on the comments, nor they called any of the investors to explain their side of the story.

Sorry, Earl. My memory served me wrong. There was not a press release on JUne 10th, but comments that the CEO stated to EBLD investors that called him in May. These investors informed other EBLD investors of his comments. You could read these messages in S.I. (EBLD-#2548, #2558-59, 2564-65). End.
