Washdeck, Yes.....but I don't think the NASD wants ANYI to open at $25 and rocket to $100....and end the day at $40. Yes......NASDAQ internet stocks do that....but this is the BB. I think they would want to see a plan from CBAY that would prevent an "event" from happening. You can't expect CBAY to short 500,000 shares......to make a market...... without one heck of a good safety net. Pure speculation at this point....but there obviously is a problem......Few would doubt that. The problem could be just about anything.....from a crabby guy at the NASD...to concerns like the ones I have mentioned above. ANYI has passed an extensive SEC review......now it must be the dynamics of the stock trading.....how to open it....and how to make an "orderly" market....assure a level playing field.....and protect the investor. I know that many people do not want an "orderly" market.....but I think the NASD does. I hope CBAY and ANYI can provide the solutions that will feed the bulldog....and get us going. Trade tomorrow?.......Sure. I'm going to Boise......My broker can call me on "roam" bg ps. No golf......paint brush. No getting around the honey-do list today.
