In addition to crappy character, Ms. Haines seems to have a self control problem. Intentional or not, you've got to be nuts to rack up $70,000 on 12 cards. Maybe she could benefit from the "Helping Hand" links that PlayStar provides. As Ed on RB pointed out today, PlayStar Casino is one of the few sites to provide these resources prominently. Whether they profit from it or not, PlayStar should be recognized for providing something that really should be standard content on all online casinos.

Having said that, a little prison time would likely help Ms. Haines see the light just the same.
