been to riverside seen the plant had the tour. Was at Riverside last week and was given a tour of the facility.

Right now they are "only using 40-50 TONS" of wood a day to process MDF. The plant blew me away because of the process and quality they are already utilizing. When fully operational (in about 4 months) they will be using 400-500 tons a day or about 160,000 tons per year. The supply of wood does not seem to be a problem because of new California regs greatly reducing land fill capacities. Water-proof board is on the docket and preleminary tests show it to be top drawer at less than half the mfg cost of competitors. First tests on fire-retardent are nothing short of phenominal and mfg cost is approximately 35% of all competitors. The managers of this plant were hired from competitors and have 9 different plant start-ups to their credit. They say this is the smoothest start-up they have ever seen. The quality of "waste wood" they start with is great and their process grinds the wood, uses magnets to remove any nails etc. and washes the particles so that only the best quality reaches the assembly line. The process automatically injects the non-toxic bonding agent as well as the water-proofing and fire retardent chemicals. The entire plant can be run for a shift by 6 people with the aid of a very impressive bank of computers. Get this, after the board is mfgd it is scanned by an ultra-sound machine to insure a top quality product! The mgmt feels that they will concentrate almost totally on premium or water-proof and fire retardent product. You do the numbers on revenue and profitability. Two brand new BUY RECOMMENDATIONS are out (one by Canada's largest independent brokerage chains) and they were quite exhaustive in their pro-formas. Its your money, go see this plant. It will be well worth your while. Evidently the Rainforest Alliance and the UN are quite impressed due to the awards and articles they have run about this comp any.

Their invester relations department has done a great job explaining the company and NOT hyping it.

Please go see for yourself, then you will know that I could write about this oppurtunity for HOURS.
