Bob I think the number of shares corresponds to Merulo but that may be coincidence, and there is a buyer AND a seller here. In a few days or so via Edgar we should get both, if not before some other way--ie a press release?

Too much of a coincidence. It is the exact amount of shares A.M. owns. It would make sense to pay the 12% premium above current prices to get rid of him.

But who was the mutual fund buying from? I bet it was Muerelo. Or maybe it was Habash LOL. There is only so many people with that many shares...
