Someone out there want to take a crack at defining "Insider Information", it's uses and results thereof? Personally I'm starting to warm to the theory that someone managed to make the baleful eye of the SEC turn on DGIV and it is only now making Digitcom come clean on some of it's "published" past claims. The famous "retraction" pr may be part of it. I don't think the SEC cares one whit about rumours and speculations. moosie (lemme see who was the most vocal to the SEC last year...hmmm)

I will go on a limb, since I was taking measurements with my ruler on the screen of the inflow/outflow outflow columns of the "big charts" chart I did on the past trading: These were the net flows (money into the stock less money out of the stock), + being more money in than out): ======== 6/25= +165 K 6/28= +50K 6/29= +550K 6/30= +1400K 7/1= -350K 7/2= +185K 7/6= +165K 7/7= -160K =========== As far as I can see a net inflow of, aprox., 2 MM $ in the last 8 trading days...This does merit SEC attention!!!<g> If my memory serves me well, three out of the last four stock halts were thrown at IP telephony Co's. Don't really know what to make of it...do you? IMHO DGIV should not follow DCTC's course (which seems to be to beg to become, again, yet another shitty OTC-BB stock). I think DCTC has been cleared by the SEC but has to find a MM "mentor".
