Sorry Pat. I don't have a lot of patience with people who tell me to get out if I don't think that everything is hunky dory with a particular stock investment. The usual comment is that I would become a believer if I studied the Company like they have. It appears that no one has any credible explanation for the stock price runup better than the one that I suggested. I have to repeat that when I say that it may be insider trading, I am not necessarily accusing the real Company Insiders. I am referring to the generic insider who might not be inside the Company at all.

It may turn out that all of this is explainable by one or more American mutual funds deciding to buy in on July 8th over a three day period. We are probably talking about an extra million shares which doesn't represent that much money for any reasonable fund. Generally, most funds wouldn't look at a stock that was priced below $2, but of course there could be exceptions. It appears that it must be an American fund based on where the trading took place.

My hope is that it is a takeover by TI or some other big Company or a good earnings Report. If that is actually the case, there will probably still be some insider issues related to the buying in advance of any announcement.
