Yes, I am aware of this fact. Plus it maybe sometime into the future before trading resumes. But, this fact has virtually zero affect on DGIV as a business. The stock appreciation/depreciation may affect Jimmy personally but does not have a direct effect on the company. As controller of a small high-tech company our stock is also in the toilet but we make money every quarter, have zero debt, and have $20,000,000 in the bank. Point being the stock price has nothing to do with how successful we have been in the past or how successful we will be in the future. Same goes for DGIV. The only way you are hurt with this stopage of trading on DGIV is if you were planning on bailing in the short-term or if DGIV a one big scam. Again, the current stock price has no bearing on the future success of DGIV. If Jimmy is successful in his plan (and his company is for real) eventually this stock will resume trading and deeper pockets will be involved.
