nick and darrell,

I believe news from the company is right around the corner. I think there are a couple of key issues. I would anticipate they will reply swiftly and strongly to the lawsuit allegations from Spectre. I also think Dega is continuing to make strong progress on executing their business strategy for this year.

All this makes the stock a great investment as this price while it is here IMO. Dega has taken the high road in their dealings with Spectre in the past. As I recall, Spectre was suppose to come up with $5M to keep this proposed merger alive in the month of May-- and they failed.

The stock only fell -5/32 on 18,000 shares (and if the news is so bad for Dega, why is Spectre's stock only .375 a share on a whopping volume of 7,000?). Personally, I think Spectre is a shell (they have had no real news releases since 1998 other than trying to secure the assets of Dega). Wait till Dega roars back. I think it will be soon.

Dega has a real business plan with real news behind them (i.e. their last 3 press releases in 2 months on "Passport", "Degasource Prototype" and "Jaguar agreement"). Don't condemn or abandon Dega yet just because they haven't responded to the BS lawsuit yet....watch for their response.

Nick,

Are you feeling any better yet? (after reviewing the response from Dega to set the record straight). You will notice that the two people "pushing" Spectre and saying to "dump" Dega on the ragingbull site have vanished since Dega's news release to "clarify" matters came out last week.

I think the combination of moving forward with a resolution of the Spectre issue as well as making real progress on their business strategy implementation makes the Dega stock very attractive at this time.

Any thoughts anybody?
