Well off shore depends on where they are. I doubt they will get any resolution and they will keep it tied up in court. Best just to buy the debenture back. What you just posted is very bad for LONE. Especially because it is not insders that hold the debenture but a third party with offshore and they will do as they please. Offshore are not regulated and most are hidden from the SEC.

Good Luck to ya. but shorting and the answer to stop it has been and will always be a problem. If I could short OTCs I would because it is extremely profitable.
