JFD, I am glad the Bristol case gets a ruling first. It could set the tone. I would also help the stock when MSFT wins. I am very optimistic and plan to play this stock for that particular decision. A loss would mean no change to the share price but a win for MSFT would put a positive picture for MSFT as an investment. Basically, it would have the effect of clearing the dark cloud of the DOJ case just a little bit and would allow MSFT to catch up to the IBM, SUN stock performances somewhat. That in my opinion is inevitable.
