I see. So, what you are saying is that management, in order to avoid the scrutiny of the FDA, chose to identify Zicam with a fraudulent philosophy of medicine that peddles largely ineffective medicines to the public, even though they (or at least you and the other longs) acknowledge that it is "only a labeling issue". That is, it is being fraudulently labeled homeopathic for convenience so that the company doesn't have to be accountable to any regulatory body. Great. Management decisions like that really inspire confidence.
