Re: CLRT, I know, I know. These things can and do drag out for months though sometimes. My guess is that they request the hearing, since there have been some new developments. I see it for what it may be. Actually I am wrong about something too though. "A subsidy of $200 per set top box from DirecTV® will pay for a portion of the order." Maybe, maybe not?? But if this is so, the value of this order is aparantly much higher than the 5 million I originally posted. Perhaps Sands Bros. is looking to get this subsidy to fork up some money to aid CLRT and FRTK in getting out of this pinch and getting started. I don't know. Maybe it could be secured with some stock?? I'm sure Sands knows enough about CLRT and FTRK by now, being that they just signed a 2 year contract to act as investment bankers for the companies that he has the pitch all rehearsed. Would have been nice if the subsidy was named??? But... Hey look, I know, the release has "intends", "expects" and "plans" all over it, and it might not be worth the paper it's written on. These are uncertain times for the 2 companies. But they do have a pretty interesting business model and product, just like Zerox had when they were a OTC:BB stock. I'm up about 65-70% on the stock since my average price is 9/16, because I was buying it when I was calling it an interesting gamble to you guys. That's what it is. That's all it is. It's something you just throw a day's profits into once in a while when it seems really cheap for an idea of this magnitude and you sell some when you think it's gotten ahead of itself. This Nasdaq traded company has a value of 4 million bucks and years of losses. I don't know if those losses amount to anything as potential tax credits for a company to come in and scarf up on just when things start getting good, if they get good. And I don't know for sure that this isn't a scam. I'm not real familiar with Sands Bros., but they've said some nice things about the technology and the 2 companies lately. For the record, I have never called this stock a good buy, and I don't beleive I have ever told anyone "buy it". All I have done is keep the board up to date on what's happening. If it is construed as hype, then I'm guilty. But it's a gamble, and I've always said that. I gambled it and I am up so far. Up good. I might take profits on it tomorrow, and I might not. I really don't know what I am gonna do with it. I've been thinking about selling a portion of it to cover my expenses, and letting the rest just go where it goes. But I think I will be able to sell it for a little more than it trades at right now, so I still own it. I brought it to the board as a possible momo play several weeks ago when it was trading at 11/16 x 3/4 and it went up over 1 in about an hour on no news. One more thing... TSATA, remember what happened to that stock the day before it got delisted?? It went nuts. I flipped 10,000 shares of it for 3/16 in about 4-5 minutes on the selloff. It was at 1 when I got to it, and it went over 2 by the time I was done playing it that day. As you can tell, I left some money on the table and scalped it from there out. But liquidity was no problem that day for TSATA. CLRT might have one more feirce rally in it. Or it may have more. If you aren't willing to lose, don't play this stock. I'll end with that.
