Ken, why don't the Birkenstock wear'in,bean sprout eat'in politicos(all in fun<g>) in Calf. force legislation on an increased number of NG/LG powered vehicles to offset gasoline emissions? Would seem to me this offset would allow some of the taxpayers to burn cheaper gasoline refined to standards outside Ca.,as opposed to specially designed gasoline fuels? It appears NG is going to power the future,why not gradually implement the change now? Is this occurring there? Are not a certain number of vehicles supposed to burn alternative fuels,as per state legislation?If so, why not increase the %? DD
