This is not a true IPO. The market will begin trading with shares distributed to BANY holders previously in the form of dividends. and yes, they will have a 'second offering' when the price stabilizes.

This inflow of capital will give ANYI a big boost into the big-time internet arena.

I read your post....and I think the answer is yes to every question.

So I'm a yes man.

Lots of stocks begin trading tight....but perhaps not with this much initial interest......I don't know exactly what the hold up is......I guess it may just take this long to get final approval. Look at how long it took to get through the SEC review.

I think this is why small companies are now reversing into shells, rather than go through the process .....the low road....but much quicker.

ANYI begins trading.....and we must be proud of the effort and patience of those involved.....especially me. Shareholders gain from doing it this way.
