Kerry, I didn't know that you had received your information from Wendy, so I've been poking around on my own in WM-mode. All I can say from what I've seen at Texas Instruments is that if they decide that we (e.Digital) are necessary for their DSP to function -- after looking at a tiny fraction of the technical resources on their site -- I'd have to say that e.Digital is vastly under-valued at its current price. Let's hope that is the case. I'm looking forward to clarification from Wendy. Jim
