In general I agree with you. However, a junior exploration company with a small float which hits big on a project like EKHO will likely have significant upside on a fundamental basis regardless of the price of oil IMO. That's of course assuming the price of oil stays over $10.

Bill, how much of the firming up of prices is due to things in the far east improving? I also would think that the producers would be scared shitless to increase production, after all they were getting $10 a barrel not that long ago, now they are getting twice as much for who knows 95% of what they were selling before.....

Must say it is a wild card, guess that is why Oils seem so so cheap, I used to use a rule of thumb for a junior of
45mil share X 10K production = $6 per share , now just about every junior trades at 50% of that price....
