Actually, I think it's sort of funny. Having been a programmer in a previous life, I know that there's some poor guy or gal that's going to have to go to some lengths to fix that.

Having been a business manager trying to get some pretty big projects completed it used to drive me nuts that programmers would find this kind of stuff funny. A major contributor to my decision to retire/change career.
