<<what GUMM did was perfectly legal>>

Of course, the same could be said about many stock promotion frauds, such as ZONA.

The SEC can only do so much and its up to investors to do the required due diligence. Technically, I can form a development stage company to manufacture perpetual-motion machines and take it public. As long as I list the appropriate risk-factors in the prospectus then I am home free. I leave the dirty work up to the paid stock promoters.

That's how 99.99% of these stock promotion frauds work. GUMM is no different. Homoepathy is pseudoscientific fraud. This is not disputable. This is not a point to be argued. It is fact, plain and simple.
