How do you come up with that information? If it was a layup that approval would happen then there wouldn't be so much short interest out there. Also, there wouldn't be such a discrepancy between the calls and puts. Obviously there are quite a few who feel that approval is NOT impending.

Bert: Just responding in the negative to a post from Opti asking those questions. I'm agreeing that those possibilities are just about out of the question. With the news of the 2nd day eye approval for higher diopter trials, there's no doubt in my mind that this is a slam dunk approval. FDA seems only too happy to give sunrise approval for a very safe procedure.
