Bill,

Your unsubstantiated use of the phrase "fraudulently promoting quack medicine" is getting old. Let's get the issues on the table. What is it about GumTech that you think is "fraudulent" and why do you think Zicam is "quack medicine". From what I can tell, your only beef is that Zicam is labeled as homeopathic. Is there anything else that people should know so they can decide if they agree with you? I'd really like to understand where you are coming from so I can decide if there's any merit to your claim.

Thanks,

Dan

What GUMM is doing is fraudulently promoting quack medicine.

What you are doing is libeling a fine company. Pox on you Billie.... I'd tell you that you don't have a conscience but you already know that.
You fight dirty and will say whatever comes to mind. That is my definition of fraudulent promoting.
