Ed, imo I wouldn't consider the CA. no vote a loss. They decided not to do anything at this point. LA and SF can still vote on the open access issue.

Should we applaud AT&T for wanting to monopolize broadband? With AOL out of the picture, it would be like a Porsche driving to the Sahara...Where's the content? I'll take the Pinto to Disneyland anyday thank you!
