No. One of only two possibilties exist: someone found a house that would let them write uncovered contracts of Long Term Capital proportions,

or

Bezos or Deutsche Morgan Grenfell hedged their entire positions.

Swiss regulations do not require the seller to reveal their identity- which of course is exactly why it occured there. Just as with the previous offshore AMZN bond offering, or with Bezos refusal to break down marketing/sales/overhead costs.

The name of the game is secrecy. The second name of the game is to get your ill-begotten gains offshore as quickly as possible. As with all epic financial manias, it always ends with people going to jail.
