Swiss regulations do not require the seller to reveal their identity- which of course is exactly why it occured there. Just as with the previous offshore AMZN bond offering, or with Bezos refusal to break down marketing/sales/overhead costs. The name of the game is secrecy. The second name of the game is to get your ill-begotten gains offshore as quickly as possible. As with all epic financial manias, it always ends with people going to jail.
