Welcome, Mr. Caruso.

I noticed that you are an old timer on SI, but yet the only postings you've made that show up under your profile are two messages, both of which have been to this thread. Do you by chance have any affiliation with the company or know any of the principals on a personal level? In view of the history of misrepresentation on this thread I'm sure you'll appreciate why I have asked this question. Just curious since there've been "insiders" in the past that have aggressively defended the company who pretended to have no connection to the company. I'm sure you will understand my caution.

Thank you.
Anaxagoras

Did FNTT pull the full financial statements off of its website?

You are aware, of course, that Greg issued a newsrelease last week indicating that his audited financial statements are now posted on FNTT's web site.

The news release is here:
biz.yahoo.com

Well, if you try to click that link that is provided in that news release, 1stnettech.com
you will find that it is broken.

Do you believe that the following happened?
* Greg posted the full financial statements including notes.
* Carmen pointed out some embarassing facts contained therein.
* Greg read Carmen's post here on SI.
* Greg pulled the web page.

Is this the sort of thing that high-quality companies do?

As John pointed out, they have pulled the 20 page report entitled:

1st Net Technologies, Inc.
and Subsidiary

Consolidated Financial Statements

Twelve Months ended December 31, 1998
and
Auditor's Report

The removal of this report was very soon after my post of 0 shares..coincedence? Maybe, but the odds are astronomical.

Unfortunately for the powers that be, I kept a copy of the report.

P.S. I know for a fact that Writer & Chatfield have a sizable position in FNTT (it is all 144 restricted)

If you are not an insider, how do you know this?

The only public documents FNTT has made available indicate 0 shares for both. If you have another public source of info, I'd be happy to review it an admit any errors on my part.

Thanks.
