Enjoyed your post, but I'm curious as to your interest and involvement with NDE given your comments. I've also worked with one of the two GSEs mentioned and will follow up on your claim that NDE's system is superior to Freddie and Fannie's (not that I think that's impossible).

Since you do seem to be familiar with NDE, I'm also curious as to know what you think of their plan to dissolve the REIT, at least as I understand it.

Philip

I'm looking into NDE, and it's exciting to think of the growth here. I'm particularly interested in the loanworks.com concept and the e-MITS system.

My question to you is - is the e-MITS system a proprietary system to NDE or is it a commercial application? My guess is that NDE has developed the system themselves.

NDE looks like the only .com play that has made money with a sustainable business model. It's amazing how many others have fallen in the last 12 months.

It's been 2 years since I've posted my last comments on NDE, and I've been impressed by management's execution since.
