Seems like a logical solution would be to take Intel, Dell, IBM, etc. away from the share holders and hand them over to the lawyers.

Well, that solution may be a few years coming. They have to handle the problem with the gun manufacturers, the liquor industry, the fatty foods industry, and the callus producing ball point pen industry before they can tackle the killer computer problem.

Then again, there are a lot of lawyers trolling out there.
