Did anyone notice that the Republican tax cut bill "provides credits to owners of electric buses, vans and trucks"?

I see that things have been stirring up while I was away. Following is a memorandum I received from Robert Stempel's office on the subject of "New Developments": "Last week at the New York Society of Securities Analysts' meeting, I mentioned that Energy Conversion Devices would be making significant steps towards commercializing proven technologies derived from our research efforts. The attached announcement, outlining an understanding between Shell Hydrogen and ECD, is one step in that direction. We'll keep you informed of new developments as they occur, and hope that you share our excitement as we move forward to the inevitable realization of our commercial success with the help of key strategic partners like Shell Hydrogen, a company in the Royal Dutch/Shell Group." This sheds a little more light on what was presented in New York. Regards.
