Well now that we got Portland's, SF's, Broward county's, and LA's meaning less "LOCAL" positions out of the way, we can finally move forward. Nothing hurts a stock more than uncertainty.

IMHO tomorrow at the open will see the last big buy opportunity before earnings. The possibility of negative announcements coming out of these cities has been widely known and this has been priced in ATHM shares. This is similar to Phillip Morris shares last week on the Florida verdict and with the GM multi-billion law suit. Notice that both GM and MO closed higher on their HUGE negative news days that at the open of trading on those same days. Look (tomorrow) for ATHM to open down but it will close unchanged to up.

Got my cash ready buying at the open.

Look for FCC mandate to come out within weeks if not days.
