Oh, my.

Say Bob, that company that you mentioned is interesting. I looked up its most recent SEC filing, which turned out to be this Form 144:

STAR SHAREHOLDER FILES FORM 144, TO SELL SHARES
STRX

WASHINGTON, DC, Jun. 15, 1999 (States via COMTEX) -- Church of Scientology Flag Service Organization Finance Office #1 Acct., shareholder, Star Telecommunications in Santa Barbara, Calif., reported on June 1, 1999, the proposed sale of 2,000 shares on May 20, 1999, for $8.88 per share through Merrill Lynch.

Bob, it's interesting that you're friend doesn't include the details of what led to the STRX settlement, and present it as a 'victory in court', rather than a settlement. It is also interesting that you misrepresent the terms of the settlement. Fines and jail terms are reserved for criminal violations. Unfortunately, the link to the story expired, or I'd post it.

BTW, if the posters did what STRX claimed they did, I think they went over the line. There's a bit of a difference between posing as the CEO of a company to post damning, false information and commenting on the true facts of a company.

Bob,
You like to post legal stuff about other stocks because you feel it may possibly parallel the future of HITT. How 'bout this?
