"Dorian Reed, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer, said, ''It is exciting for us to continue to be profitable,"

that's an excerpt from the latest news release, which bob no doubt will spam at least 20 times:

biz.yahoo.com

Funny. On July 13 he was listed as Director of Technology. The previous week he was Chief Technology Officer.

Now he's Chief Technology Officer once again, and Chairman too.

I've forgotten now. Who was the previous guy listed as Chairman?

Looks like HITT got confused about its ticker symbol in its latest news release:

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Hitsgalore.com, Inc.,
(BB: HITS)
has announced preliminary revenues and expenses for
the 2nd Quarter, the three months ended June 30, 1999.

FWIW, nasdaq stock Musicmaker.com is the real owner of the symbol HITS.

Another interesting thing about the latest news release, which boasts about top-line growth, is that some unknown, but probably large, portion of that top-line growth is attributable to the non-cash revenues that they are recognizing from the local-city edition sales to LFT.

LFT doesn't have to pay cash for a long time, but HITT is recognizing revenue as soon as it brings its LCE's online. Of course the LCE's don't amount to anything useful as a website, but that doesn't matter.

We'll probably see more news releases like this one in upcoming quarters, as they recognize more of the $10 M non-cash revenues from LFT.
