Sounds reasonable. I don't believe the analysts thought JDS would add much in EPS to the combined company this quarter. So that was certainly an upside surprise for the combined company.

I could be wrong, but I believe the combined company has approximately 80 million shares outstanding. So there will be about 160 million shares after the split. So the new shares from the secondary will only add about 5% dilution.
