Bearcub: It followed the All-Star game. I just caught a couple of minutes of it....mainly a group of very, very upset people yelling at the ConEd rep, who was stone-faced telling them crap they did not accept about the problem....You know, yelling and shouting knowing they were just being 'played'- next year, when it falls down around them, they will substitute guns and molotovs for angry words...everywhere!

You see, when enough people cannot get a dial tone to call and complain about no heat in winter, backed up toilets, no lite, no elevators, enough will chose to warm themselves by aerobic exercise, e.g., running down to the nearest utility co or teleco company office, to complain about their freezing or starving children...
a lot will take their guns with them to do the talking....

sorry, didn't get more specifics on the ConEd feeder problem they used for why that whole area went black....tv person described that area as a 'black hole'.
