In my mainframe arena we often wait a year or more before upgrading to a new version of DBMS software and the like. You can never plan on anything until it is actually shipped. Then after it's available you have to fit it into the matrix of other ongoing projects. I assume the same concerns affect the decision to upgrade to T2. They may wait until they complete the current projects, or until they upgrade to new work stations in six months, etc. Or they may upgrade one or two people and let them check it out. OTOH, I'm glad to hear about the sales to new customers.

But where is TMS? We're only 15 days away from EOQ...
