Steve, do you think there will be any anti-trust concerns over the Doubleclick acquisition of Net Gravity?

Steve: IMO, Net Perceptions continues to be under-appreciated and undervalued in this market. They just announced another record quarterly performance and here is a summary of the Conf. Call and some of my frustrations <G>....

techstocks.com

I have not bet the farm on NETP and have done well with a number of tech stocks BUT it is amazing to me that Net Perceptions is just back to the price where it hit the public market. Then we see many of these new dot.com stocks (like ARBA, CHINA, EELN, FFIV, GOTO, JNPR, etc..) take off and rocket 3-500% in the first few weeks. IMO, some (like ARBA and EELN) may deserve those premium valuations. Yet, NETP offers some key enabling technology for personalization and successful e-commerce. They seem to have over 60% of their market and great partnerships (with firms like IBM, ORCL, and BVSN). Why do you think NETP's technology continues to be under-appreciated. I realize that Goldman Sachs or Morgan Stanley were not their lead underwriters BUT there must be more to it than that. I would appreciate your thoughts or comments.

Best Regards,

Scott
