Hey guys, it turns out the china.com isn't the ONLY nasdaq national listed company from the Cayman Islands. There is another, CHANF.
But it certainly isn't something to brag about!

Unfortunately, no shares have traded in quite a long while. Probably because of the following news story.

Insurance firm loses lawsuit.
Abstracted from Daily Oklahoman (Oklahoma City, OK) 04/10/97

Chandler Insurance Co. Ltd. (Cayman Islands) will pay nearly $13 million to CenTra Inc. (Warren, MI) for violating securities laws and paying unjustified bonuses to top executives, according to a ruling by the US District Court. CenTra, which is a major shareholder of Chandler, sued on its own behalf and for shareholders in general. The six-week trial between the two companies included allegations that Chandler's executives in Oklahoma took exotic dancers on corporate planes and tried to enrich themselves with money from insider business deals and large bonuses.
