US Web is a joke. The are going to internally explode in the next couple of years as they tried to grow too fast through acquisitions. I've heard numerous stories through friends and professional relationships that US Web is becoming like the Anderson Consulting and Cambridge Tech Partners of this era. Too much bloat, all the good developers leave in less than a year to better paying jobs and cooler companies.

Mr. Harmon, do you think it would be a good strategy for a company like EXDS to acquire an email hosting service company like a CPTH or MESG and make a push to become a "one stop" hosting services company? EXDS could become a bit like what CSCO is to the networking industry in that clients come to them for an end-to-end package. Maybe EXDS could stay independent with such an acquisition and morph into a hosting services giant themselves?

As always, many thanks for sharing your insight. -Adam
