To All CSCO Longs,

Nasdaq up over 30 at 2:45pm and CSCO trading off fractionally! I'm somewhat concerned, but have seen this Gorilla trade like this before! Any comments on short term direction of CSCO appreciated.

Bill, We've seen an increase in the number of multi-sourcing arrangements, euphemistically called aggressive sourcing contracts, which allows the buying party to use discretionary powers to beat one vendor over the head in favor of another. Sounds like this is what you're referring to here. Many vendors who must meet quotas and quarterly bogies will not shy away from these arrangements, hoping to get what they can. Frank
