Bill, I was thinking I would give advanced course high price seminars on the rules to applying it. For those of you interested but don't want to pay the money, read up on filters you will figure it out. Of course I could start a market letter but some years you might not get more than one to three letters, and one of those would be the bill. Market direction does not change that significantly in some years. Skeet
