Here's some more information on the Newbridge thing...I am not so sure that they didn't report it accurately...

14:29 ET Newbridge Networks (NN) 26 -3 1/4 (-11%): Shares of Canadian networking company halted for trading due to unusual trading activity in the stock. Apparently, sharp decline in shares caused by cautionary comments of a BB Robertson Stephens analyst. Volume 1.8 mln; intraday range 23 7/8 to 29.

Glenn... JDSU P:E of well over 300 is of concern given that the JDS great performance will be brought down a bit by the merger. With the market having run so far this exposes JDSU to risk on any market weakness or analyst concerns. NN price based on no confidence in the ability to grow top and bottom line. Perhaps the annual meeting will see some changes.
