THESTOCKMAN, I applaud your stance on Mr. Wexler's conduct on SI. He also made unsubstantiated claims and used the term "fraud" and "scam" to describe GumTech International (GUMM), a stock that I am long. His only response when presented with facts and substantiated opinions that contradict his bogus and illegal libel of GumTech, are one liners such as fraudulent promotion of quackery, etc. People such as Mr. Wexler should be held accountable for their libelous actions on public message boards. In most cases these people establish a loyal following of readers, front run them, and sell or buy into the frenzy that they create. I'm certainly not accusing Mr. Wexler of this because I really don't know it to be true, but it's not out of the realm of possibilities. I joined SI several years ago when this site had a much more professional tone to it. SI used to be a sanctuary away from the trash on Yahoo, but unfortunately it's degenerating in the same direction. I applaud folks like you who take it upon themselves to help clean up public message boards on the Internet. Thanks again for forcing Mr. Wexler to be accountable for his actions. Dan

Stockman, you should know that in some jurisdictions, threatening to sue someone and not following through is itself actionable. So since you have promised to follow through with your suit, you had better be serious, or you yourself may find yourself on the other end of a lawsuit. Overall, I think your claims are ridiculous, but like Bill, you are entitled to them.
