Don,

I do not know to what extent npec is required to buy in. Should it be extensive, I'm sure the mdin shares would be needed. We are a long way from a dollar now.

Under the right conditions,it might take as long as two to three weeks to reach that price. I do believe we will be there - fairly soon.

Anyone else got anything to add.
