The NASDAQ listing requirements are all set down here: nasdaq-amex.com.

Since BIDS is the only stock I know of recently which shifted from another exchange to NASDAQ it is worth looking at the forms they filed. Note that their filing had to be amended three times over two months before it was accepted. sec.gov

Basically, a stock requires net tangible assets over $4 million plus a minimum bid of $1 to be considered for NASDAQ. Right now we don't know how much debt XSNI is carrying or their real net assets.

But they will have to tell us before they start trading on the NASDAQ.

If you find any loopholes in the NASDAQ stuff let us know. Legalese puts me to sleep most of the time.

One additional note to Dale's post; the shares would continue to trade on the BB during the transition period. There would be no suspension.
