China.com Offers Overallotment Issue of 630,000 Shares at $20

Hong Kong, July 14 (Bloomberg) -- China.com Corp. said it sold investors another 630,000 shares at $20 each in an overallotment issue as part of its initial share sale, said Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., which arranged the sale.

Including the additional shares, China.com sold 4.83 million shares on the Nasdaq stock market yesterday, raising $96.6 million and giving investors a 23.45 percent stake in the Hong Kong-based company, which operates bilingual Web sites focused on China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
