Bob,

Let's work on getting a 'swing' scan for QP working. QP scans are very fast compared to MSwin. I was trying to make on last nite but got frustrated.
First off lets get requirements straight ...
What do you think 1.5*(avgvol(-1,-30)) make sense?
Would be %150 of avg vol. So got to code a hammer candle in QP somehow then. Also would be a good idea to get it to search for lows some how ie near a low in channel ... this will be a tough one to figure out.

any ideas ...
I'll be busy tonite pretty much but I have the morning off so I may have a chance to code something.

Bob,

Geez have you seen GENZ lately? well how does 56 sound?
It doesn't seem this chart had a decent swing move before the good upmove to give notice to the break out. Besides of course the penatration of the resistance.
interesting ...

let's watch cube for a bit see what it does too

Bob,

ABT looks like a decent example; although the volume on that day wasn't that much larger then some of the previous which makes me alittle nervous; but it looks like that day compleates the MM of the H&S there.

I say let's watch this one and see what it does. I would think about investing in it but but all my money is tired up in worthless options <g>.
