Earnings release for second quarter will be Tuesday, August 3, at close of market. I think we will see a very good report, perhaps positive earnings in a sincere effort to make the company as attractive as possible to a potential suitor. The buyout news may hit prior to earnings release. When I called the company, they acknowledged the rumors concerning a buyout and appeared to enjoy the rumors rather than to fear or dismiss them.
