Robbracer; You might want to go to ECCC web page and look through the info. They are also planning to issue a 10K in the next few weeks. Most of your questions will be addressed in the 10K. Until then this information does not have to be made public and I would say only the information the PR firm wants out has been placed in their press releases. I would also go to the www.ragingbull.com site and read thru the posts. A company rep. has posted on that site and left a number for investors to call with questions. I have been asking the same questions and have had trouble getting the information. I hope this helps. Rich
