Dale, I believe SATH went from OTCBB to NASD and then the management made one blunder after anither - stock shot from 2 bucks in December to 30 bucks in February - then management mismanaged all PRs, rumours of a big deal (presumably with portal YAHOO), prs and rumours of big deals coming out of "in-house" associates; however, the did come up with the 4 million and the 1 million requisite to be NASD small cap then management came on to CNBC and made a HUGE blunder, the run up was coindicental with a HUGE dump of shares and lots of people buying on the rumour up are stuck right now with a 4 dollar stock trading at around 8 dollars that they bought at 30 dollars.

It is an online shopping concern, a shorters dream. It was one of my first picks in November at around 2 bucks, saw the potential and the ride to 30 bucks, then saw 2 days before the CNBC interview DUMP over 10 million shares daily; shorts came along and TOLD everything and provided links to what was going on with the stock no one listened; I got out at 21 bucks after calling, reading and learned what crappy management does. Tht stock had the potential VVTV came along around the same time and was a much better managed concern, no one listened to that on the SATH boards either. Anyway that is one stock to study what they did to get from OTCBB to NASD and really don't need any research to do above paragraph says it all. Going nowhere now and will take ALOT of work to get that stock back off the ground if ever; they are even showing great sales revenues blah blah - without good people to handle all situations public perception is at least 60% of these internet valuations and when you lose that, gaining it back is TOUGH, not impossible, but in this environment with so many companies offering the same thing, improbable.

I can't believe what all these different brokers are saying about XSNI but it certainly substantiates the requisite for some explanation from the company, in my ignorant opinion.

Always pays to read :)

Hey my company is FUN - we are going to the Lone Star track tonight - and we are dressing up as if we are going to the Kentucky Derby - hats gloves, we of course have our tip sheets, great dresses and heels; yesterday we were in Fort Worth and had pics taken like in the old west - working girls of course!! Hey, I have to go for my 4 mile walk while it is still a cool 80 degrees and everyone else is in bed; My baby has already been for his AM ride and is back to sleeping again too. CUL8TR Dale, Jacalyn

For an initial listing a companies stock must have a minimum bid of $4 for the NASDAQ Small Cap and $5 for the NMS. With all of the other restrictions which need to be met for a NASDAQ listing, I don't see how this company could comply and be accepted inside a year. A financial audit for the 10K filing alone would take several months.

Dale, don't know of any in the past but one that is trying to do it now is FLNK. If you are interested in the process you might want to follow it. Jeff

The information in the preceding post, which really has nothing to do with XSNI, was unearthed by N on the UAI thread. I would encourage everyone on this thread to review the UAI thread, where N has very adroitly documented what looks to be a major pump & dump scam. The thread can be found at:

Subject 29534

Our little "pump and dump" pales in comparison. What is curious about the XSNI "pump and dump" is that there has been very little "pump" on the part of....whoever is supposed to be pumping this damn stock.
