SIDT - AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 1999--SI Diamond
Technology Inc.'s (OTC BB:SIDT) wholly owned subsidiary, EBT Inc.
Wednesday announced the creation of a dedicated Web site
(www.ebillboard.net) designed to use the company's proprietary system
and software to benefit the outdoor advertising community.
This Internet service will be demonstrated at the company's
official VERSAtile(TM) electronic billboard product introduction on
July 15 in Austin.
The new Web site will be utilized in the future by enabling
outdoor advertisers to send images over the Internet onto an
electronic billboard of their choice by simply executing a series of
computer commands. Outdoor advertising on the Web will open the
billboard industry to limitless opportunities with regard to the
placement and timing of advertisements across the country.

customers as part of our VERSAtile(TM) electronic billboard package,"
said Marc Eller, chairman and CEO.
SI Diamond Technology is a holding company consisting of two
subsidiaries. The Field Emission Picture Element Technology (FEPET), a
majority owned subsidiary, is developing products for applications
utilizing SIDT's proprietary field emission technology. The Electronic
Billboard Technology (EBT), a wholly owned subsidiary, is geared
toward the commercialization of electronic digitized sign technology.

INTQ - ALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 1999--Intelliquis
International Inc. (OTC BB: INTQ), a premier provider of personal
computer and Internet software, today announced it has signed
distribution agreements with California Tecnologia and Casa Herlo, two
leading Mexican computer products distributors.
The agreements allow California Tecnologia and Casa Herlo to
market, sell and distribute Intelliquis International's software
products -- IntelliFIX 2000, Web Site Traffic Builder, TotalFax and PC
Speed 98-- to the Mexican technology marketplace. California
Tecnologia and Casa Herlo will also sell and distribute Intelliquis
International's M3 ISA card -- a hardware-based year 2000 solution --
in Mexico and Central America.
According to Bernard Yaw, Intelliquis' president and CEO, the
agreements give the company its first forays into the Mexican
technology marketplace.

said. "These new distribution agreements help Intelliquis bring its
software products to new customers, while giving the company a
presence in Mexico and Central America."
