There was some confusion last week. . . many unsure of how they wanted to play. That news came out very late in the day. . . many missed it. . . .should have re-issued today. . . when I see a company start releasing news AFTER the bell, it makes me think they don't want stock to go higher yet. That happens when hoping for equity investments or when you want shares yourself. PLCO was doing same. . . .late releases. It can be good to keep daytraders out. . . as they pick their plays BEFORE the bell and usually stay with them throughout the day. I don't know, anymore. Rande Is
